*Incident Period:* 05/05/2007 through 05/07/2007.
**EFFECTIVE DATE:**
06/08/2007.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/24/2007.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 02/25/2008.

Iowa: Boone, Greene, Polk, Warren.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
