**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Nebraska (FEMA-1706-DR), dated 06/06/2007.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Flooding, and Tornadoes.

*Incident Period:* 05/04/2007 through 05/19/2007.

*Effective Date:* 07/06/2007.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 08/06/2007.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
