*Incident:* Severe storms and flooding.
*Incident Period:* July 18, 2007.
*Effective Date:* July 30, 2007.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* September 28, 2007.
*Economic Injury (Eidl) Loan Application Deadline Date:* April 30, 2008.
