**ACTION:**

Amendment 7.

**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Texas (FEMA-1709-DR), dated 06/29/2007.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.

*Incident Period:* 06/16/2007 through 08/03/2007.

**EFFECTIVE DATE:**

08/18/2007.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 10/29/2007.

*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 03/31/2008.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for the State of Texas, dated 06/29/2007 is hereby amended to extend the deadline for filing applications for physical damages as a result of this disaster to 10/29/2007.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
