Take notice that a technical conference will be held in the above-referenced proceedings on Friday, September 21, 2007 at 11 a.m. (EST), in Room 10A-07, at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426.

The conference will address mitigation in the Phoenix Valley.

All interested parties and staff are permitted to attend the technical conference.
