This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of New York (FEMA-1724-DR), dated 08/31/2007.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Flooding and Tornado

*Incident Period:* 08/08/2007.

*Dates: Effective Date:* 10/22/2007.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/16/2007.

*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/02/2008.
