*Incident:* Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.
*Incident Period:* 12/01/2007 and continuing.
**EFFECTIVE DATE:**
12/08/2007.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 02/07/2008.
