Announcement of meeting.

**SUMMARY:**

This notice announces the 22nd meeting of the American Health Information Community Chronic Care Workgroup in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463, 5 U.S.C., App.)

**DATES:**

February 15, 2008, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Eastern Time.

The workgroup will hear testimony on ways to use information technology to better coordinate care for patients with chronic conditions and will discuss this information in light of opportunities to better facilitate patient care coordination.
