In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463, as amended), the National Science Foundation announces the following meeting:

*Name:* Advisory Committee for Cyberinfrastructure (25150).

*Date and Time:* May 15, 2008, 10 a.m.-5p.m.; May 16, 2008, 8 a.m.-12 noon.

*Agenda:* Report from the Director. Discussion of CI research initiatives, and long-range funding outlook for CI.
