*Incident Period:* 03/18/2008 and continuing.

*Effective Date:* 04/09/2008.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 05/27/2008.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/29/2008.

The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the State of Arkansas, dated 03/28/2008 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:
Primary Counties:
Monroe, Pope, Prairie, Scott, Sharp.
Contiguous Counties:
Arkansas: Arkansas, Conway, Lee, Lonoke, Montgomery, Phillips, Polk. Oklahoma; Le Flore.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
