**ACTION:**

Amendment 6.

**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Arkansas (FEMA-1751-DR), dated 03/28/2008.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.

*Incident Period:* 03/18/2008 and continuing through 04/28/2008.

*Effective Date:* 04/28/2008.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 05/27/2008.

*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/29/2008.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
