Notice is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the Center for Scientific Review Special Emphasis Panel, July 15, 2008, 1 p.m. to July 15, 2008, 4 p.m., One Washington Circle Hotel, One Washington Circle, Washington, DC, 20037 which was published in the *Federal Register* on June 9, 2008, 73 FR 32589-32590.
The meeting will be held July 8, 2008, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The meeting location remains the same. The meeting is closed to the public.
