*Incident:* Severe Storms and Flooding.
*Incident Period:* 05/11/2008 through 05/12/2008.
*Effective Date:* 05/23/2008.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/22/2008.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:
