*Incident:* Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Flooding, Mudslides, and Landslides.
*Incident Period:* 06/03/2008 through 06/07/2008.
*Effective Date:* 06/27/2008.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 08/19/2008.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 03/17/2009.

*Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):*
West Virginia: Grant, Marshall.
Pennsylvania: Greene.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
