*Incident:* Severe Storms and Flooding.
*Incident Period:* 06/01/2008 and continuing.
**EFFECTIVE DATE:**
07/11/2008.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 08/25/2008.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of Missouri, dated 06/25/2008, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.
*Primary Counties:*
Polk, Gentry, Livingston, Bates, Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Mercer, Webster.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
