This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Florida (FEMA—1785—DR), dated 08/26/2008.
*Incident:* Tropical Storm Fay.
*Incident Period:* 08/18/2008 and continuing.
*Effective Date:* 09/01/2008.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 10/27/2008.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 05/26/2009.

The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the State of Florida, dated 08/26/2008 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:
*Primary Counties: (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans):* Duval, Lee, Leon, Seminole, Wakulla.
*Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):*
Florida: Baker, Clay, Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Liberty, Nassau, Saint Johns.
Georgia: Grady, Thomas.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
