Notice of a meeting.

**SUMMARY:**

The Manufacturing Council will hold a meeting to deliberate for approval a draft letter of recommendation on Sustainable Manufacturing metrics.

**DATES:**

September 23, 2008.

*Location:* Rochester, NY.
