*Incident:* Severe Storms and Flooding.
*Incident Period:* 09/12/2008 through 10/06/2008.
*Effective Date:* 10/16/2008.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/24/2008.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/23/2009.

*Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):*
Kentucky: Breckinridge.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
