*Effective Date:* 11/03/2008.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/02/2008.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/03/2009.

Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):
Illinois: McLean, Peoria, Tazewell.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
