*Incident:* Severe Storms, Flooding, Tornadoes, and Straight-line Winds.
*Incident Period:* 03/26/2009 and continuing.
*Effective Date:* 05/01/2009.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/22/2009.
*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 01/21/2010.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of Florida, dated 04/21/2009, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.
*Primary Counties:* Escambia,
Franklin, Gadsden, Hamilton, Leon, Madison, Wakulla.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
