*Incident:* Wildfires.
*Incident Period:* 04/09/2009 through 04/12/2009.
**DATES:**
*Effective Date:* 06/19/2009.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 08/18/2009.
*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 03/17/2010.
