**ACTION:**

Notice of permits issued under the Antarctic Conservation Act of 1978, Public Law 95541.

**SUMMARY:**

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is required to publish notice of permits issued under the Antarctic Conservation Act of 1978. This is the required notice.
