*Incident:* Severe Storms and Flooding.
*Incident Period:* 09/18/2009 and continuing.
**DATES:**
*Effective Date:* 09/25/2009.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/23/2009.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/24/2010.

The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the State of Georgia, dated 09/24/2009 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:
*Primary Counties: (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans):*
Carroll, Chattooga, Stephens.
*Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):*
Georgia: Banks, Coweta, Floyd, Franklin, Habersham, Heard, Walker.
Alabama: Cherokee, Cleburne, Randolph.
South Carolina: Oconee.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
