This is an amendment of the Administrative declaration of disaster for the State of California dated 09/09/2009.

*Incident:* 49 Fire.

*Incident Period:* 08/30/2009 through 09/04/2009.

**DATES:**

*Effective Date:* 10/02/2009.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/09/2009.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/09/2010.
