This is an amendment of the Administrative declaration of disaster for the State of Arkansas, dated 12/04/2009.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Tornadoes and Flooding.

*Incident Period:* 10/29/2009 through 11/08/2009.

*Effective Date:* 12/17/2009.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 02/02/2010.

*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 09/04/2010.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
