*Effective Date:* 04/09/2010.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 05/28/2010.
*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/29/2010.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of West Virginia, dated 03/29/2010, is hereby amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning 03/12/2010 and continuing through 04/09/2010.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
