**SUMMARY:**
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the animal drug regulations to reflect a change of sponsor's name from Belcher Pharmaceuticals, Inc., to Belcher Pharmaceuticals, LLC. The sponsor's mailing address will also be changed.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**
Belcher Pharmaceuticals, Inc., 12393 Belcher Rd., suite 420, Largo, FL 33773 has informed FDA that it has changed its name and address to Belcher Pharmaceuticals, LLC, 6911 Bryan Dairy Rd., Largo, FL 33777. Accordingly, the Agency is amending the regulations in 21 CFR 510.600 to reflect this change.
This rule does not meet the definition of “rule” in 5 U.S.C. 804(3)(A) because it is a rule of “particular applicability.” Therefore, it is not subject to the congressional review requirements in 5 U.S.C. 801-808.
