**AGENCY:**

National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

**ACTION:**

Notice of public meeting.

**SUMMARY:**

The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's (MAFMC) River Herring and Shad Ad Hoc Committee will hold a webinar meeting.

**DATES:**

The meeting will be held on Friday, April 1, 2011, from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The purpose of this meeting is to develop recommendations for the Council regarding options available to the Council for management of River Herring (blueback and alewife) and Shad (American and hickory) stocks. Any briefing materials will be posted on the Council's Web site, *http://www.mafmc.org.*
