*Incident:* Severe Winter Storms and Flooding.
*Incident Period:* 12/20/2010 through 12/24/2010.
*Effective Date:* 03/11/2011.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 04/12/2011.
*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/14/2011.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
