**ACTION:**

Amendment 2.

**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of New York (FEMA-1957-DR), dated 02/18/2011.

*Incident:* Severe winter storm and snowstorm.

*Incident Period:* 12/26/2010 through 12/27/2010.

*Effective Date:* 03/22/2011.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 04/19/2011.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/16/2011.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of New York, dated 02/18/2011, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.

*Primary Counties:* Columbia, Dutchess, Kings, Rockland.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
