This is a an amendment of the Administrative declaration of a disaster for the State of Tennessee dated 03/23/2011.

*Incident:* Severe Storms and Flooding.

*Incident Period:* 02/28/2011 through 03/09/2011.

*Effective Date:* 04/05/2011.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 05/23/2011.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/23/2011.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
