This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Oklahoma (FEMA-1970-DR), dated 04/22/2011.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Straight-line Winds.

*Incident Period:* 04/14/2011.

*Effective Date:* 04/22/2011.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/21/2011.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 01/23/2012.
