This is an amendment to the Administrative declaration of a disaster for the State of HAWAII dated 03/29/2011.

*Incident:* Honshu Tsunami.

*Incident Period:* 03/11/2011.

*Effective Date:* 04/26/2011.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 05/31/2011.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/29/2011.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
