**MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:**

The Commission will hear oral argument in the matter *Secretary of Labor* v. *Oak Grove Resources, LLC,* Docket No. SE 2010-350-R. (Issues include whether an order issued by the Secretary of Labor  was impermissibly duplicative of a previously issued citation.)
