*Incident:* Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Straight-line Winds, and Flooding.
*Incident Period:* 05/22/2011 through 05/25/2011.
*Effective Date:* 07/06/2011.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 08/05/2011.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 03/06/2012.

*Contiguous Counties:* (Economic Injury Loans Only):
Kansas: Cherokee.
Missouri: Newton.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
