Amendment 1.

**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Vermont (FEMA-4001-DR), dated 07/08/2011.

*Incident:* Severe storms and flooding.

*Incident Period:* 05/26/2011 through 05/27/2011.

*Effective Date:* 07/25/2011.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 09/06/2011.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 04/09/2012.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of Vermont, dated 07/08/2011, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.

*Primary Counties:* Essex, Orange, Washington.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
