*Incident Period:* 03/11/2011 through 07/22/2011.
*Effective Date:* 09/02/2011.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 10/24/2011.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 05/23/2012.

*Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):*
South Dakota: Turner.
Nebraska: Cedar.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
