*Incident:* Remnants of Tropical Storm Lee.
*Incident Period:* 09/07/2011 and continuing.
*Effective Date:* 09/19/2011.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/14/2011.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/13/2012.

*Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):*
New York: Schuyler, Steuben.
Pennsylvania: Tioga.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
