Amendment 6.

**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of North Dakota (FEMA—1981—DR), dated 06/24/2011.

*Incident:* Flooding.

*Incident Period:* 02/14/2011 through 07/20/2011.

*Effective Date:* 09/22/2011.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/21/2011.

*EIDL LOAN Application Deadline Date:* 03/21/2012.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for the State of North Dakota, dated 06/24/2011 is hereby amended to extend the deadline for filing applications for physical damages as a result of this disaster to 11/21/2011.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
