*Effective Date:* 10/15/2011.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/06/2011.
*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/09/2012.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, dated 10/07/2011, is hereby amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning 09/03/2011 and continuing through 10/15/2011.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
