Amendment 6.

**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of New York (FEMA-4031-DR), dated 09/13/2011.

*Incident:* Remnants of Tropical Storm Lee.

*Incident Period:* 09/07/2011 through 09/11/2011.

*Effective Date:* 10/21/2011.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/14/2011.

*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/13/2012.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the State of New York, dated 09/13/2011 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:

*Primary Counties:* (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Herkimer, Schoharie.

*Contiguous Counties:* (Economic Injury Loans Only): New York: Saint Lawrence.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
