*Incident:* Earthquake.
*Incident Period:* 08/23/2011 Through 10/25/2011.
*Effective Date:* 12/28/2011.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 03/05/2012.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 08/06/2012.

The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the State of Virginia, dated 11/04/2011 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:
*Primary Counties:* (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Culpeper, Fluvanna, Goochland, Orange, Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg City.
*Contiguous Counties:* (Economic Injury Loans Only):
Virginia: Buckingham, Caroline, Chesterfield, Cumberland, Fauquier, Greene, Henrico, Madison, Powhatan, Rappahannock, Stafford.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
