**SUMMARY:**

This is Supplement No. 13 to the Treasury Department Circular 570, 2011 Revision, published July 1, 2011, at 76 FR 38892.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

Notice is hereby given that Chrysler Insurance Company (NAIC #10499) has changed its name to CorePointe Insurance Company effective March 2, 2011. In addition, the new address is 401 South Old Woodward Avenue, Suite 300, Birmingham, Michigan 48009. Federal bond-approving officials should annotate their reference copies of the Treasury Department Circular 570 (“Circular”), 2011 Revision, to reflect this change.
