**ACTION:**

Amendment 2.

**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the Commonwealth of Kentucky (FEMA-4057-DR), dated 03/06/2012.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Straight-Line Winds, and Flooding.

*Incident Period:* 02/29/2012 Through 03/03/2012.

*Effective Date:* 03/09/2012.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 05/07/2012.

*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/06/2012.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, dated 03/06/2012 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:

*Primary Counties:* (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Magoffin, Wolfe.

*Contiguous Counties:* (Economic Injury Loans Only):

Kentucky: Breathitt, Knott, Lee.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
