The Commission will consider and act upon the following in closed session: *Secretary of Labor* v. *Webster County Coal, LLC,* Docket Nos. KENT 2009-422, et al. (Issues include whether the judge erred in denying motions to dismiss late-filed petitions for assessment of civil penalties.)
