*Effective Date:* 09/06/2012.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 10/30/2012.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 05/29/2013.

*Primary Parishes:* (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Assumption, Saint Helena, Saint James, Terrebonne, Washington.
*Contiguous Parishes/Counties:* (Economic Injury Loans Only): Louisiana:
East Feliciana, Iberia, Saint Martin, Saint Mary.
Mississippi:
Marion, Walthall.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
