*Effective Date:* 11/02/2012.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/31/2012.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/31/2013.

Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):
Connecticut: Fairfield.
New Jersey: Passaic.
New York: Orange, Putnam.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
