# Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records

**ACTION:**
Notice to delete a Systems of Records.
**SUMMARY:**
The Defense Logistics Agency is deleting a system of records notice in its existing inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended.
**DATES:**
This proposed action will be effective on May 13, 2013 unless comments are received which result in a contrary determination. Comments will be accepted on or before May 13, 2013.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**
The Defense Logistics Agency system of records notice subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended, have been published in the *Federal Register* and are available from the address in *FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT* . The proposed deletion is not within the purview of subsection (r) of the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended, which requires the submission of a new or altered system report.

**Reason:**
Records are covered under the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) government-wide Privacy Act system of records notice OPM/Govt-10, entitled “Employee Medical File System Records” last published in the * Federal Register * on June 21, 2010, at 75 FR 35099.
Therefore, S380.50, DLA Drug-Free Workplace Program Records can be deleted.
