**AGENCY:**

**ACTION:**

Amendment 1.

**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Maine (FEMA-4108-DR), dated 03/25/2013.

*Incident:* Severe Winter Storm, Snowstorm, and Flooding.

*Incident Period:* 02/08/2013 through 02/09/2013.

*Effective Date:* 04/30/2013.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 05/24/2013.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/26/2013.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of Maine, dated 03/25/2013, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.

*Primary Counties:* Sagadahoc, Washington.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
