**SUMMARY:**
The Federal Communications Commission published in the *Federal Register* of May 24, 2012, a document reconsidering and clarifying certain aspects of the *USF/ICC Transformation Order* in response to various petitions for reconsideration and/or clarification. In that document, a filing deadline was inadvertently omitted.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**
This is a summary of the FCC's Erratum, DA 13-309, released on March 1, 2013. The Federal Communications Commission published a document in the *Federal Register* of May 24, 2012, in which the filing deadline for § 54.313(a)(9) was inadvertently omitted. This technical amendment revises the Appendix to reflect the correct filing deadline of July 1, 2013.
